You enter your commission and bond dates and the app reminds you ahead of time. Renewal steps, fees and deadlines are set by your state's notary office.
Commission expiration
Enter the date your commission ends so you have lead time to renew.
Bond expiration
Enter your bond date as well, since it may end on a different day.
Training or exam deadlines
You can also track a training or exam deadline if your state has one.

Where to renew
You renew with your state's notary office, usually the Secretary of State. For example, New York lists its steps on the Department of State renewal page. Rules differ by state, so see the state pages. This site is not affiliated with any government office.
